The ICSYS’24 will take place in West Pomeranian University of Technology recreation center in Dziwnów
If extending of stay at the venue is required, please let us know during submission process. Any additional days is not included in conference fee and will require separated payment. In this case, prices will be the same as in venue website.

Registration fee:
The conference fee with accommodation is 1100 PLN and includes food, accommodation, accompanying events and printing of materials. Fee for additional paper of the same author is 350 PLN.
The conference fee without accommodation is 400PLN (publication and lunch).
In case of positive review we will ask you to send a additional data needed to issue an individual invoice: Payer’s name, Tax Identification Number, Institution’s address, Payment option.

Submission must include: title, authors with affiliations and abstract.
Article template in LaTeX can be found: here. Articles should be written in English. The publication cannot exceed 10 pages.
Selected best paper will get opportunity to be published in International Journal of Knowledge-Based and Intelligent Engineering Systems.

During registration process you can also specify your preference for an oral or poster presentation. Please understand that this is only a preference and may be changed by the Organizing Committee. The final presentation method will be specified in the e-mail notifying you of publication acceptance.
Poster guideline:
- Required poster size is A1.
- Poster should be printed.
- Poster should contain paper title, authors names and affiliations.
- Other than this constraint, you are free to use your own poster template.
Presentation guideline:
- Please use powerpoint or pdf slide formats.
- There is no specific templates, you are free to use your own template.
- Maximum presentation time is 15min, and 5min for asking questions.
